Description

The purpose of the Supply Chain Master Planning Lead is to facilitate communication across multiple teams in the organization & implement a proactive procurement, planning & scheduling process.

  • Develop & drive production schedule & ensure all support organizations are aligned to production goals.
  • Clearly communicate production plans to all relevant organizations & align priorities to support planned production
  • Status production execution & develop plans to recover lost production.
  • Develop capacity model for multiple resources including production personnel, support personnel, as well as production resources.
  • Lead team of Supply Chain Analysts to improve supply of raw materials & semi finished materials.
  • Develop tools to assist team in analyzing data more quickly & efficiently while sharing data at an appropriate level of detail
  • Develop & maintain KPI metrics for supply chain team
  • Identify & implement opportunities to drive customer & business results.

Preferred:

  • Experience driving a production schedule
  • Strong MS Project & SAP Expertise
  • Experience developing capacity models & identifying opportunities to break constraints
  • 3-5 years of supply chain experience
  • Experience with: Microsoft Project, P6, Jira and Monday.com
  • Experience developing, maintaining, & reporting on Supply Chain KPI’s
  • Data analytics experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, specifically at the leadership level.
  • 5-10 years of supply chain leadership experience.
  • BS or higher in Engineering preferred. Business, Supply Chain, also considered.
