  • This is an off-shift position (6pm – 6am) (Wednesday - Saturday)

Responsibilities:

This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise

  • Provides daily work direction to frontline associates
  • Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics
  • Develop and coach individuals and the team to solve operational issues
  • Support and develop Processing Lead
  • Leads daily performance meetings & run rights venues
  • Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action
  • Makes daily decisions impacting the business working with multiple departments to accomplish one goal of making product safely, food safe for consumers, at the highest efficiency & lowest cost.
  • Handles all team performance and personnel issues
  • Manages time and payroll systems
  • Administers policies and practices.
  • Conduct presentations and formal training programs to improve team communication and engagement
  • Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same
  • Ensure all Safety protocol and procedures are followed
  • Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
  • Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
