· Proven warehouse experience, with a strong track record of accurate picking, packing and pallet preparation.
· Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
· Flexible and proactive approach to workload and working hours.
· Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with Odoo and 3PL systems is a plus.
· A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. In this vital role, you’ll support the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse operation and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business. From accurately processing customer orders to managing stock and supporting with stock takes, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive a timely and professional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Accurately pick, pack and process customer orders, ensuring they are well-presented and secure for delivery.
· Making up clinical test kits and booking them into stock ensuring there is always appropriate supply to meet the customer demand.
· Receive, check and store incoming stock with 100% accuracy.
· Ensure all orders are dispatched OTIF (On Time In Full).
· Assist with quarterly stock takes and maintain stock rotation for supplements and test kits, monitoring expiry dates and following FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
· Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment, recycling waste wherever possible.
· Pick and pack bulk pallet orders in line with key customer requirements, ensuring safe and secure wrapping.
· Use internal computer systems to track stock, process orders and maintain effective communication across the business.
· Raise issues or suggestions to the management team to drive continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with team members to plan daily tasks and meet all order deadlines.
· Support with other ad hoc tasks as required.
