Job Responsibilities: * Support inventory forecasting for new and existing items * Perform daily checks on auto‑replenishment orders * Manage item and system settings (e.g. new listing, Stop AR) * Prepare basic supply chain reports and KPI updates * Strong analytical and communication skills * Self‑driven, collaborative, and able to work with minimal supervision * Team player with a results‑driven mindset Job Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain or any equivalents * Excellent communication, strong analytical and detail oriented * Ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities * Advanced Excel user, knowledge of Power BI and SQL is MUST * Good understanding of inventory management * Willing to learn and explore new thing Watsons Malaysia is part of AS Watsons Group, the world’s largest international health and beauty retailer operating over 16,000 stores under 12 retail brands in 28 markets, with over 130,000 employees worldwide.
