GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES a) Forecasting Supply and Demand Requirements: Accurately predict supply and demand to ensure optimal stock availability, preventing shortages and overstock situations. b) Monitoring Inventory Levels: Continuously track inventory levels and allocate stocks as needed to maintain a balanced and efficient supply chain c) Forecasting Supply and Demand Requirements: Accurately predict supply and demand to ensure optimal stock availability, preventing shortages and overstock situations. d) Monitoring Inventory Levels: Continuously track inventory levels and allocate stocks as needed to maintain a balanced and efficient supply chain. e) Managing the Purchasing Process: Oversee the purchasing process for trading goods, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and stockouts are avoided. f) Collaborating with Departments: Work closely with departments such as Trading and Operations to ensure that purchasing activities align with the overall business needs and objectives. QUALIFICATION. SKILL/EXPERIENCE Candidate must possess at least a Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent degree. Experience in Supply Chain/Demand Planning is an added advantage. Good in inventory planning, data analysis, and forecasting Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Having the ability to analyze, understand, able to interpret patterns and trends Fast learner, have problem-solving skills, able to work with minimum supervision and multi-tasking.
