Job Description The primary roles and responsibilities of the Supply Chain Operations Analyst are to provide accurate analysis, reporting, and visibility across Vuori’s supply chain operations. This role supports decision-making by tracking performance, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable insights related to freight costs, transit times, service levels, and overall operational efficiency across the movement of product from origin through customer delivery. What you'll get to do: Analyze and report on inbound and outbound transportation performance including freight costs, transit times, service levels, and carrier performance Maintain and enhance supply chain datasets, dashboards, and KPIs related to transportation, fulfillment, and order flow Support budgeting, forecasting, and accrual processes related to freight and logistics costs through accurate data and analysis Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through root-cause analysis of cost and service variances Provide analytical support for operational initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document standard operating procedures and reporting standards Cross-train to support and provide backup across logistics and supply chain operations as needed Qualifications Who you are: 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations analysis, or a related role Strong analytical skills with experience working with freight costs, transit times, and service-level metrics Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP, TMS, or WMS systems preferred Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly Additional Information Our investment in you: At Vuori, we’re proud to offer the following to our employees: Health Insurance Savings and Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program Generous Vuori Discount & Industry Perks Paid Time Off Wellness & Fitness benefits The salary range for this role is $68,200 per year - $84,105 per year.
