SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to work based in Billericay, Essex on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To be responsible for the development and leadership of the Supply Chain Operations Assistants and manage priorities and the team’s workload ensuring the delivery of high quality, productive and accurate operational support to the business, driving best practice and streamlined ways of working through implementing process improvements and training.

PEOPLE- ROLE MODELS THE DCK DNA, DRIVING OWN DEVELOPMENT AND BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS -

  • Supports the teams to deliver consistent standards & improved performance through positive engagement. Provide guidance to the Commercial Operations team, including training and motivation of the team, optimizing productivity of individuals and collective work performance.
  • Champion team spirit and support the team to achieve their KPI’s celebrating success along the way.
  • Passionate about your own & your team’s development – driving your own development and providing guidance to the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across business functions, improving communication flow across brands.
