Based at our UK Distribution Centre, the Operations Manager role involves managing and developing copacking resources by leading, coaching, and training staff to maximise efficiency while prioritising safety.
The position requires fostering collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify improvement initiatives and optimise copacking operations.
Responsibilities include overseeing all copacking activities, ensuring production targets are met, and supporting resource planning to control costs. The role also leads processes and system improvements, maintain health and safety compliance, and manage site security and safety protocols as a key stakeholder for the site. Additionally responsible for managing the performance of agency workers and ensuring effective resource deployment.
