Description

As Operations Manager, you are our key interface between the customer, car dealerships, and registration, coordinating the processes from order placement to delivery of an electric vehicle. You will learn about new digital tools and discover how AI and automation can be used in this field.

Tasks

Transmission of orders to the car dealership partner
Review of purchase orders
Support in the admission process
Coordination of delivery dates
Maintaining the relevant data in the CRM tool

qualification

Education: Commercial training or studies in the field of merchandise management / logistics / organization or comparable qualification
Experience: Ideally, experience in the areas of dispatching / car dealership / supply chain management / logistics
System knowledge: Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel)
Work style: High degree of responsibility, attention to detail and reliability
Soft skills: Communication skills (interface with trading partners & service providers), personal responsibility, organizational talent and structured, analytical thinking
