About You

You are a proactive and organised supply chain professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. You have strong communication, administrative and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional service.

You are detail-oriented, customer focused and confident working with systems, data and process improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career with a global healthcare organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound shipments, freight documentation and customs clearance activities
  • Monitor shipment status, ETA updates and inventory availability
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse providers and transport partners
  • Coordinate outbound order fulfillment activities and customer deliveries
  • Support urgent and critical customer delivery requirements
  • Investigate delivery discrepancies and coordinate resolution activities
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP, Salesforce and logistics systems
  • Support inventory accuracy, stock transfers and reconciliation activities
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Supply Chain teams across Australia and New Zealand
  • Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities across fulfillment and logistics operations
