Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Daily with Regional 3PL Partners: Work closely with two different third-party logistics sites to ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate shipment priorities, track progress, and quickly resolve issues as they arise. Build strong working relationships with on-site teams, understand their processes, and align on day-to-day needs to keep orders moving efficiently and accurately.
  • Own the Order Flow: Approve and prioritize orders, track key performance metrics, and resolve issues to keep shipments moving on time. Develop operational plans and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer expectations.
  • Champion Last Mile Excellence: Monitor final delivery stages, resolve delays, and lead initiatives to make last mile operations faster and more reliable.
  • Balance & Optimize Regional Stock: Work with planning to keep optimal stock levels across regional warehouses. Anticipate demand, shift inventory as needed, and prevent both shortages and overstock.
  • Lead Custom Packaging Operations: Manage custom packaging capacity and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and work with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant packaging solutions.
  • Drive Quality Standards: Uphold QA procedures for outbound shipments, perform spot checks, and partner with global QA teams to maintain exceptional product and process standards.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement operational enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy across all processes.
