Description
3+ years in a similar role with exposure to leading an IBP process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels. Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain planning and inventory management including statistical forecasting. Demonstrated ability to positively influence key stakeholders without direct authority. Proficient Excel skills with experience working with and analysing large data sets Ability to solve problems and work independently and collaboratively with local and remote teams. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output. Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment. A self-starter who has a desire to learn. Demonstrated focus on innovative thinking. Strong time management skills. Highly flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and a desire to take on new responsibilities and challenges. Communication: Ability to articulate complex business issues across a broad set of stakeholders. Influence: Win support and acceptance of proposals and VIP initiatives through careful consideration of key stakeholder needs.
