About the Role This is a role for someone who enjoys creating structure and making things run smoothly. As our Supply Chain Planner, you’ll play an important part in ensuring the right products are available in the right place at the right time balancing availability, inventory levels, and operational efficiency as the business grows. You’ll work at the heart of our planning process, translating demand into supply plans and helping ensure our operations are prepared to meet customer demand. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the business and gain broad exposure to how supply chain planning works in a fast-growing consumer brand. Key Responsibilities Manage demand and supply planning to ensure the right stock levels across markets and warehouses Build and maintain forecasts and replenishment plans based on sales expectations and historical trends Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage shortages, delays, or demand changes Support new product launches by planning supply and ensuring operational readiness Maintain supply chain master data in ERP systems to support planning accuracy Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations on forecasts and planning assumptions Contribute to improving planning processes, tools, and reporting What We’re Looking For You don’t need to tick every box, but here are some things that will help you succeed in this role: Experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory planning Comfortable working with data and planning tools, particularly Google Sheets or Excel Experience working with ERP systems used for inventory, planning, or master data management A structured and proactive way of working Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across teams Curiosity and a drive to improve processes and ways of working Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus What you’ll get: You will play an extremely important role in taking this brand to the next level, so you should desire to go above and beyond in your work.
