Leverage historical data to create forward looking planning models to integrate in partnership with business teams Utilize problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges Provide forecast and work with downstream & upstream stakeholders to plan for capacity, measure accuracy and improve forecast logic Recommend process/analytics automation opportunities Recommends cross-functional process and data improvement opportunities to improve outcomes and accuracy Proactively monitor DC inventory capacity levels to identify risks and work with appropriate teams to recommend solutions and/or forecast glidepaths for recovery to target levels Supports Total Customer Experience (TCE) activities, causals, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
