Description
Develop, maintain, and execute demand and supply plans to support business objectives and customer requirements. Identify, analyze, and resolve supply chain challenges, applying strong problem-solving skills to minimize risks and prevent disruptions. Lead and manage process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, accuracy, and agility. Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain. Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times to balance service levels and cost. Use data-driven insights and forecasting tools to improve accuracy and decision-making. Implement and refine planning processes, systems, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Provide clear communication and reporting to leadership on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities. Support cross-functional projects, including product launches, sourcing changes, and systems integration. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field (Master's degree a plus). 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or a related role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound recommendations. Proven track record in problem-solving and process management, with experience leading process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar a plus). Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills; experience with demand planning tools preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Problem Solving: Ability to assess complex challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Process Management: Skilled in designing, implementing, and refining processes to drive efficiency and reliability. Analytical Thinking: Uses data to guide decision-making and improve forecasting accuracy. Collaboration: Works effectively across teams and levels to achieve shared goals. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages ambiguity with confidence.
