Description
Manages demand planning processes utilizing wide range of forecasting methods throughout the service support life. Analyses demand trends to identify important deviations and root causes. Anticipates factors that might influence demand, such as seasonal trends, lifecycle specifics, others. Analyses Forecast Accuracy results and identifies reasons for deviations and take corrective actions Analyses stocking requirements for multi-echelon network and defines requirements to meet the desired customer service level, while optimizing inventory and inventory carrying costs. Evaluates current and future inventory requirements and takes action to mitigate shortages or excesses. Applies solid understanding in Multi-echelon Inventory Optimization methodology to take inventory decisions. Analyses inventory trends and deviations, and root causes, takes corrective actions. Closely monitors Excess & Obsolescence trends and takes actions to mitigate cost impact Optimizes sourcing plan to reach targeted inventory, by maximizing repair vs new buy Optimizes network replenishment requirements across many locations Initiates timely balancing of material to fulfill needs or avoid overstock Manages lifecycle events such as NPI and Last Time Buy in close collaboration with PLM and Suppliers Supports continues process improvement and process automation by analyzing data, identifying patterns and trends to draw conclusions Applies solid understanding of integrated software systems and their workflow Bachelor/master's degree in supply chain or math - related subject or Engineering +4-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning or other roles with strong analytical aspects are critical advantage Fluency in English language Strong Analytical & Math skills Critical thinking, ability to make judgement based on data and facts Strong Problem-solving skills Organizational & Time management skills, ability to prioritize critical and important work / decisions Strong communication skills to interact with suppliers, customers and other supply chain team members High attention to details Able to apply tools and technology to produce results Able to understand global business processes and identify impact of change Strong computer literacy ERP Integrated Planning System is a +
