Reporting to the Director of Product Lifecycle Management for Global Supply Chain Planning, the Product Lifecycle Planner will be responsible for coordinating the execution and reporting of significant initiatives related to Global Supply Chain Planning and Product Lifecycle management. They will need to work closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization to achieve their objectives. The candidate will have to have strong organizational skills and be able to track multiple tasks through to completion.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance or Similar field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience related.
  • Languages: Advanced English skills.
  • Knowledge: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ERP/ MRP, Forecast Models, Inventory Strategies, and Sales and Operations Planning.
  • Understands regulatory and business requirements in the Medical Device industry to proactively anticipate and address potential issues and in demand planning and forecasting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certifications: APICS certification.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Demand Planning or other software related to demand planning.
  • Competences: Strong analytical, organizational, decision making and presentation skills.
  • Strong influencing skills essential to optimally drive results across all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
  • Good facilitation skills with the ability to operate effectively at all levels within the organization and foster collaboration and communication across diverse global and cross-functional teams.
  • Up and coming as a thought leader in product lifecycle planning, demonstrates the ability to envision technical and organizational solutions in this field.
  • Strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in working autonomously and solving complex problems, applying expertise in business intelligence and data solutions to drive standard methodologies and innovative solutions. - Ability to adapt quickly to change and will champion the advancement of new information that will enhance the ability of management to lead the business.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and Execution
    Drive project methodology to ensure robust and sustainable solutions are delivered
    Coordinate project activities across multiple functions
    Compile, analyze and create reports in support of the organizational objectives
    Manage and track activities to plan and flag areas for remediation
    Drive remote teams to achieve on-time delivery
    Use problem-solving skills and think quickly and adeptly about how to address problems as they come up and to learn from the issues so that the same problems do not arise again Prepare, arrange, and facilitate customer (project workgroup) meetings, and distribution of meeting minutes
