POSITION SUMMARY

Tate and Lyle is looking for a Supply Chain Planner in Lille Skensved, Denmark.
You will be responsible for delivery performance and coordination with customer service and the line technician regarding OTIF as well as responsible for the setup of all labels.

SPECIALIZED/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OR REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience or education within Supply Chain
• Barcode and labels experience are needed
• Broad knowledge of the production process and raw materials,
• SAP Super user MM, WM, PP

• Create input to line technician on a daily basis to decide lot size and timing regarding blending
• SAP super user MM, PP, WM. Support function to Customer service, QC, QA, and Production
• Responsible for setting up labels and barcodes
• Responsible for complaints related to logistic
• Maintaining planning related master data
• Support supply chain assistant FG warehouse, and FG blending in SAP and labelling
• Proactive continuously improvement of existing planning and other supply chain processes in close coordination with Senior planner and project specialist and supply chain planner.
• Continuously improvement of OTIF and inventory level out of SKV
• Take the initiative for tasks, projects, which might improve the profitability of SKV, in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager.
• Daily planning finished product to maintain high level of OTIF
• Coordinate value chain planning with Warehouse location management in SAP including barcodes
• Maintain label database and create new in collaboration with QA
• Maintain IT systems in the warehouse
• Collect Samples for custom and SGS
• SAP support and troubleshooting MM, PP and WM
• Goods receipt on return cases in SAP and physical inspection of the goods condition
• Deal with complaints within the agreed lead-time
• Facilitate daily coordination meeting and weekly planner meetings
