Independent scheduling of own suppliers
central contact person for own suppliers including transport coordination and document management
KPI responsibility for service level, inventory development and supplier performance
Coordination with our central warehouse in Heilbronn as part of the delivery and transport processing.
Master data management & maintenance in SAP
Process-oriented support within the SCM team, further developing and advancing standardization and automation
Design, support, and creation of regular reports
Assistance with the support of IDOC interfaces
Taking on tasks in price management (purchase price management, freight/customs)
Participation in projects, test management within the framework of projects
This will convince us
Completed studies in the fields of industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on logistics, scheduling, planning and purchasing, or a comparable university degree
At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain or a comparable field, preferably in an international industrial company.
Knowledge of SAP Hana, IBP, EWM, Nexus, and SAP ERP MM/PP/SD is advantageous.
Analytical and structured working method
Excellent Excel applications (pivot tables, data analysis, data preparation)
Experience with scheduling solutions is an advantage.
