The role
As Supply Planner, you are the supply chain owner for your category, owning Service, Cash and Cost KPIs. You’ll lead our supply strategy and planning, that ensures ingredients availability at most optimum supply chain setup.
This role requires a high level of collaboration with multiple stakeholders, from our Suppliers, to our International and Market teams.

What you’ll do

  • Operating as a Supply Chain Planner for an assigned category: Lead category service level, ensuring that ingredients are available on time and in-full from our suppliers to all markets
  • Emergency Management: Ensure instant mitigation to limit errors through emergency management and allocation management
  • Stakeholder Management: Influence and collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments (CoE, Strat. Procurement) and local markets
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish and improve processes, frameworks etc.,
  • Project management: Participate and lead workstreams in projects
  • Drive Data driven processes: Create dashboards, reporting, and mechanisms for international inventory management and order planning

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, including roles involving procurement, warehousing, or distribution operations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline supply chain processes and drive efficiency.
  • Expertise in conducting comprehensive supply chain analyses, interpreting data, and recommending actionable strategies to optimize operations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading small to medium-sized projects and driving process improvements.
  • Proficiency in advanced supply chain software and the ability to leverage these tools to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to utilize complex formulas, perform advanced data analysis, create dynamic reports with pivot tables and pivot charts, and build and use macros to automate routine tasks.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, provide insights, and identify opportunities for improvement within supply chain operations.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian).
