Your tasks

  • They handle the annual and ongoing PSI planning for production, sales, and inventory levels.
  • They create and update sales forecasts and monitor the development of new and existing models.
  • They calculate monthly order quantities for headquarters and suppliers and coordinate the corresponding goods receipts.
  • They continuously monitor inventory levels, open orders and production status, and initiate appropriate measures as needed.
  • They coordinate incoming goods, containers, transports and priority shipments with the warehouse, freight forwarders and the headquarters.
  • They forecast and monitor future warehouse utilization and ensure demand-oriented capacity planning.
  • They keep an eye on storage costs as well as demurrage and detention, and help to reduce excess inventory in a targeted manner.
  • They produce regular inventory, forecast, and excess inventory reports for the European markets.
  • They analyze existing supply chain processes and continuously improve them with regard to efficiency and predictability.
  • They act as a central interface between headquarters, sales, suppliers, warehouse and logistics.

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in supply chain planning, scheduling, inventory planning or a comparable field
  • Experience in PSI planning, forecasting, and inventory management
  • Solid knowledge of international logistics, ideally with experience in sea freight.
  • Excellent Excel skills, especially in handling pivot tables and large datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers and data
  • Experience in collaborating with international teams, suppliers and logistics partners
  • Intercultural skills as well as a confident and communicative personality.
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
  • A high sense of responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality
