Collaborate with the Demand Planner and Materials Planner to integrate demand and supply plans effectively. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize stockouts. Create and maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and performance metrics. Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement in supply chain processes. Participate in inventory reconciliation and reporting activities. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding supply issues and opportunities. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or health supplements industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Proficient in demand forecasting tools and inventory management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
