Proactive determination of material requirements (raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating supplies as well as packaging) and coordination with purchasing and execution of orders to ensure seamless material availability.
Regular analysis of inbound logistics to identify and implement efficiency and development potentials.
Creation of the detailed and medium-term plan, including scheduling and capacity control of production orders, as well as scheduling of downtimes to ensure continuous delivery capability.
Actively contributing own ideas to logistics and digitalization projects (e.g. SAP further development, process automation)
Monitoring of inventory levels and smooth coordination between suppliers, purchasing, goods receipt and production
Monitoring supplier performance (deadlines/quantities) and close coordination with central purchasing in case of deviations.
YOU DELIVER THIS
Completed logistics training (e.g., freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, warehouse logistics specialist) and/or a bachelor's degree (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or industrial engineering)
A sound basic understanding of inbound logistics and supplier management, as well as methodological knowledge of process analysis and continuous process improvement (CIP)
Ideally, knowledge of material planning, inventory control, and production and capacity planning.
very good knowledge of the common MS Office and Google Workspace programs
Initial user knowledge in handling ERP or planning systems, as well as practical experience or project work in the field of IT and digitalization projects, are advantageous.
