DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for planning and maintaining daily supply chain operations for critical suppliers and customers. The incumbent will lead operational reviews, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The position supports US time zone operations and plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and supply-demand alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, planning, or logistics.
  • Strong experience in leading cross-functional reviews and managing escalations.
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning systems and tools (e.g., Advanced Planning Command Centre, BI Dashboards).
  • Experience in continuous improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance.
  • Familiarity with PFEP, part change control, and master supply scheduling.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across functions.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the first line of escalation for operational issues across the supply chain.
  • Lead weekly operational reviews with regional leaders and prepare reports for container management centers.
  • Facilitate the fortnightly steering committee with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage daily operational processes for critical supply chain segments.
  • Identify and eliminate potential supply chain failures through proactive planning.
  • Champion preventive practices and escalate systemic issues to leadership.
  • Approve and advise on planning system strategies and parameter changes.
  • Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify improvement areas and develop action plans.
  • Lead Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects.
  • Mentor and coach supply chain planners to ensure process standardization and control.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate mid-term supply or customer constraints.
