To support that challenge, the Supply Operations team is currently seeking a Supply Chain Planner. This person will be in charge of a portfolio of finished goods and is responsible for ensuring that the demand and supply are balanced across the 24-month horizon to deliver the sales plan in the most effective way. We have a Flexible Work Location approach, and this role can be based in Guelph, ON, Calgary, AB or remotely across Canada. THIS IS AN 18- 24 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION. Accountabilities: Lead the Canada territory supply chain for assigned portfolio including all communication to stakeholders required for problem solving, prioritizing and decision transparency. Lead monthly Pre-S&OP process and meeting in partnership with Marketing, Supply Operations, and Finance. Responsible for the purchase order process for internationally sourced materials and the master production schedule for domestic production. Actively manage the short-term demand and supply balancing processes to maximize sales revenue and customer service. Evaluate feasibility of forecast changes, identify and communicate constraints, and advise stakeholders on the best options from the supply chain. Responsible for assigned portfolio inventory, striving toward targets established during yearly budgeting. Identify and action slow/no moving inventory for assigned portfolio. Support range management for Canada including range requests and data set-up in SAP and IBP. Ensure master data integrity for ERP effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of Production and Supply experience. Strong knowledge of the MRP Process. Knowledge of supply operations processes and procedures. Knowledge of SAP Purchasing/Planning Modules.
