Applicants must have housing accommodations or transportation in the Houston area, as Precision does not provide internship housing.  By May 4, 2026, applicants must have completed at least their first year of study in a post-secondary program/Technical Institute (see job posting).  Summary The responsibilities of a Supply Chain Management (SCM) intern typically involve supporting various aspects of supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, and analysis. Provide analysis on vendor spend and provide summaries.    Responsibilities Create spend analysis reports for key vendors of Precision Drilling Create info records for various materials from multiple vendors in S/4HANA and the Ariba Sourcing & Contracts module Develop BI report on spend analysis for key vendors Assist the supply chain team with Ad Hoc reports  Demand planning for rig equipment or consumables   Knowledge & Skills Computer skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Power BI)  Analytical skills  Good communication skills, both written and verbal  Ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately  Detail oriented  A team player and collaborative worker with a positive attitude Education Currently enrolled in university or college and pursuing a degree or designation in Supply Chain or a similar field, like Engineering or Business  Experience SAP experience considered an asset  Oilfield experience considered an asset
