About the role: Build and maintain availability projections at SKU level, identifying risk periods in advance and triggering mitigation actions Lead availability improvement studies by analysing root causes of out-of-stock situations and implementing corrective measures Define and maintain min/max stock levels, updating them to reflect seasonal fluctuations and promotional periods Manage purchase order lifecycle, stock turnover analysis, and replenishment calculations via SAP Regularly audit alignment between physical and system inventory; ensure accuracy of SAP records Plan, coordinate, and execute wall-to-wall and cycle counts Manage scrap and obsolescence processes: identify candidates, initiate approval workflows, and ensure proper write-off execution Monitor slow-moving items and returned goods; develop and propose action plans Track bonded warehouse stock movements and ensure regulatory compliance Support accurate execution and SAP registration of returns and harvesting processes Coordinate inventory readiness for new product launches, tracking inbound timelines, customs clearance, and first-stock availability Liaise with Supply Planning, Marketing, and Sales to align launch stock targets and phasing plans Monitor sell-through performance post-launch and flag early signs of overstock or supply gaps Own the supply chain KPI scorecard for Turkey: define, track, and report key metrics including availability rate, inventory accuracy, fill rate, ageing stock, and scrap/obsolescence Prepare weekly stock status updates and monthly inventory performance reports for supply chain and finance leadership Ensure process and reporting alignment with central supply chain teams (EMEA/Global) Act as the single point of contact for Marketing, Sales, and Supply Planning teams on all inventory and availability matters Participate in S&OP, demand review, and stock review meetings, representing the inventory and availability position Manage day-to-day operational coordination with the 3PL partner, overseeing inbound, outbound, storage, and distribution activities About you: Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience. Previous experience of managing 3PL accounts. Responsibilities
