What do you get to do in this position • Ensure implementation of Industrial policy and develop the necessary skills. • Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well-being. • Manage the resources versus the load according to the MPS and the customer portfolio: Warehouse and MPH • Manage the performance and the productivity of the resources: Warehouse and MPH • Is responsible of logistic department cost: Animate the Master Production Plan by analyzing needs and achievements and by proposing necessary resources to put in place. • Pilot internal and external resources in order to satisfy customer needs in term of on time delivery • Lead and improve plant flow performance (Waiting queue, MPH, Pull flow, warehousing efficiency, …) • Lead and improve supplier's performance in term of service level, lead time and lot size. • Optimize inventories and coverage according to service level and capital employed • Organize the downstream flows from the Manufacturing Plant and improve Manufacturing SC Performance. • Anticipate Manufacturing Supply risks in advance & quickly re-act in collaboration with Supply & Inventory Planner & Upstream Planning Leader • Animate the supply crisis with the downstream stakeholders. • Manage the ranges ramp down/up and obsolescence This job might be for you if You fit the following Requirements: Qualifications: 8 years relevant and management experience responible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location discusions in support of bussines goals Bachelor's Degree Experience with SAP is a must (Purchasing, Production planning) Initiative Leadership High capacity for communication and train production schedulers English We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective and challenging the status quo.
