Supply Chain Planning Manager Our Supply Chain team are now looking for a Supply Planning Manager to help shape how we manage inbound visibility, strengthen supplier relationships, and drive operational excellence across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high performing team and influence key planning processes at Harrods. About the Role In this role you will lead the Supply Planning function, ensuring accurate inbound forecasts, strong supplier performance, and effective collaboration across Buying, Merchandising, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain. You will guide and develop a talented team, oversee the Supplier Portal, and support ongoing improvements in data, reporting, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing the Supply Planning team. Setting the strategic direction for inbound supply visibility. Overseeing the Supplier Portal and ensuring suppliers are supported. Monitoring EDI and IDOC errors and driving timely resolution. Strengthening supplier relationships and challenging performance when needed. Managing the partnership with the digital freight forwarder and tracking KPIs. Maintaining accurate inbound plans across Fashion, General Merchandise, and Food. Setting and reviewing Purchase Order Management targets. Enhancing reporting and analytics with Supply Planning Analysts. Providing clear updates to senior leadership on inbound performance.
