REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, optimization, or solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and S&OP processes.
  • Experience with forecasting models, statistical methods, and AI/ML-driven planning tools.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, APS (Advanced Planning Systems), or optimization tools (e.g., OMP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or similar).
  • Solid grasp of operations research techniques, mathematical optimization, and simulation modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or optimization solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, and process automation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
