REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, optimization, or solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and S&OP processes.
• Experience with forecasting models, statistical methods, and AI/ML-driven planning tools.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, APS (Advanced Planning Systems), or optimization tools (e.g., OMP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or similar).
• Solid grasp of operations research techniques, mathematical optimization, and simulation modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or optimization solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, and process automation methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Medior Supply Chain Planning & Optimization Services Architect, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain planning solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop innovative supply chain strategies, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business consultants, and software developers, to create advanced planning and optimization frameworks leveraging AI, ML, operations research, and statistical forecasting.
