Description The Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator supports global procurement, logistics, and freight operations across shipboard and shoreside functions. This role focuses on optimizing supply chain efficiency, analyzing costs, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of goods in a fast-paced, international environment within the cruise and hospitality industry. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Coordinate global procurement and logistics activities, ensuring efficient sourcing, order fulfillment, and delivery. Track and manage freight operations — shipment status, and customs compliance. Analyze and forecast freight and logistics costs to support budgeting and cost-control initiatives. Prepare supply chain reports, spending analyses, and performance metrics to identify savings and process improvements. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to resolve procurement and delivery challenges. Support vendor management, strategic sourcing, and contract administration. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management to enhance decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and international trade regulations. ________________________________________ Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance preferred. 1-2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination; cruise, hotel, airline, or travel industry background preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, SAP, or Oracle). Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools a plus. Knowledge of freight operations, Incoterms, and customs documentation preferred.
