CRAFCO, INC. IS SEEKING A SUPPLY CHAIN PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE IN CHANDLER, AZ

The Supply Chain Procurement Specialist is an integral position, responsible for leading specific sourcing strategies, cost reduction, supply, and risk mitigation in support of our 20 retail locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in Procurement
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting
• Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and SAP
• Ability to travel, as needed

• Develop effective sourcing strategy for assigned items to reduce cost, secure supply, and minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Manage and maintain Purchase Information Records.
• Work with accounting to maintain accurate costing, analyze and correct errors related to purchase orders, billing, and costing.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers. Evaluate and report on supplier performance and periodically meet with suppliers to review.
• Provide our retail facilities with information and assistance for all Procurement activities.
• Prepare and process purchase orders based on current Reorder Point System and other needs.
• Monitor inventory reorder points, adjusting as necessary and determining what items can be added to the ROP system at the retail level..
• Provide monthly reporting to management on current pricing and future cost forecasts.
