Demand Planner requirements:

Qualifications:

    • Educated to degree level in a Supply Chain or other relevant discipline 
    • Highly proficient with IT systems and thorough understanding of advanced data analytics tools including SQL, python, Power Query and Power BI

Work Experience:

    • Analytical capabilities
    • Strong business discernment and judgment
    • Ability to influence decisions by working across different organizational functions.
    • Proven track record of working in supply chain area in fast paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and natural curiosity and capability in understanding industry updates and market trends
    • Have a strong knowledge of forecasting methods and formulas
    • Expert skills in Excel for planning, modelling and scenario planning
    • Clear communication, influencing and relationship management skills across cross functional teams
    • Have a strong work ethic, numerate, analytical, pragmatic with a results driven and logical approach.
    • A good commercial acumen and enjoy coordinating projects/driving change.
    • Resilient, responds well to pressure and manages emotions.
