A Supply Chain Project Analyst is needed for the world’s largest standalone medical technology development company. Remote work. This Project Analyst role requires a supply chain expert with strong project management and leadership skills to drive continuous process and technology improvements, optimize the global supply chain, and serve as an internal expert and mentor.

responsibilities:

  • Lead or support corporate projects and initiatives, including developing approaches, managing timelines, and achieving goals.
  • Lead or co-lead business requirements gathering and design sessions for new platforms and enhancements.
  • Lead/coordinate testing and implementation of system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for improving current systems, planning, and reporting methods.
  • Analyze business problems, evaluate options, and propose solutions.
  • Conduct strategic supply chain analysis to foster a continuous improvement environment.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, business groups, and commercial teams to understand requirements and provide governance.
  • Build user communities and drive the adoption of standard global design processes.
  • Communicate relationships and constraints between people, processes, and systems.
  • Develop process and training documents.

Skills:

  • Expertise in enterprise ERP and advanced planning solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP, APO, or Blue Yonder systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • strong quantitative aptitude and systems thinking.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
  • At least 5 years of expertise in supply chain management, project leadership, and continuous improvement.
