Description
Program Management: Lead and manage multiple strategic projects and programs simultaneously, applying best-in-class methodologies to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, milestones, and resource allocation. Communication & Influence: Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Create impactful presentations using PowerPoint and facilitate meetings to drive consensus and decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across Supply Chain, and other functions. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data insights and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced analytics tools (Excel, Databricks, Tableau etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop reports that drive business performance. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Ensure all phases of project, program, and process development are documented. Disseminate information to relevant functional areas and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 4-7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles within a matrixed or global organization. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma) are a plus. Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization), Databricks (or similar), PowerPoint (presentation design and storytelling); experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and geographies. Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
