• Responsibility for coordinating supply chain-related project activities
• Managing cross-site coordination with international teams
• Ensuring a smooth supply of materials during ongoing change and transformation projects
• Monitoring of critical milestones, deadlines and dependencies
• Close collaboration with planning, purchasing, production and logistics
• Identification of potential risks and development of suitable countermeasures
• Coordination with internal and external project partners
• Analysis of material flows and optimization of existing processes
• Support for change and integration projects in the supply chain environment
• Creation of status reports, project overviews and management updates
• Moderation of project meetings and follow-up on open measures

Your qualifications

• Studies in the field of Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or similar
• Several years of experience in the production, planning or supply chain environment
• Experience in leading or coordinating complex projects
• Good knowledge of material flow, procurement and planning processes
• SAP experience in a production or materials management environment
• Fluent English skills for daily collaboration with international teams
• Very good German skills
• Structured, analytical and independent work style
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
