POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Interim Supply Chain Project Manager to support a Planview SaaS Implementation for a Fortune 500 client. This role is designed to add immediate capacity to the client’s PMO team during a transition period. You will join the core team (Program Manager and D&T PM already in place) and take ownership of the SC PM responsibilities.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is organized, structured, and able to stay three steps ahead of the team. The environment is early-stage and fast-moving — perfect for a strong PM who thrives on creating clarity, driving execution, and keeping workstreams on track.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 8–12 years of project management experience leading SaaS implementations
• Strong foundation in project management discipline, methodology, and best practices.
• Required: Experience with SaaS or enterprise system implementations.
• Required: Experience with Planview or similar PMO tool implementations.
• Required: Experience in a CPG environment.
• Nice to Have: Experience in a Supply Chain PMO environment.

• Serve as the Supply Chain Project Manager for the Planview SaaS implementation.
• Provide interim leadership until the client’s internal PM fully transitions (8–10 weeks).
• Maintain project structure, governance, and day-to-day delivery discipline.
• Keep the team organized and focused, anticipating needs and risks before they arise.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and D&T PM to align workstreams and dependencies.
• Manage execution — tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Support team onboarding and knowledge transfer with guidance from Sanctus Solutions.
