Job Description: Misión Responsable de varios proveedores de programas y es responsable de garantizar la entrega a tiempo y la calidad del equipo de cabina de Airbus (monumentos, piso a piso, IFE, asientos, paquetes de trabajo, etc.). Ubicación: Chihuahua 2025 Responsabilidades: Laborar en el sitio en el sitio del proveedor asignado o en un Airbus como mínimo 3 días a la semana hasta 5 días si el negocio lo requiere y deberá estar ubicado en el Centro de gravedad de proveedores. Garantizar la madurez y solidez de los procesos de fabricación y cadena de suministro del Proveedor de cabina para evitar fallas en el suministro. Garantizar la mejora continua de los desempeños relacionados con la cadena de suministro para las entregas de los productos suministrados. Garantizar la capacidad del proveedor y la capacidad para asegurar el período de aceleración, así como los objetivos industriales de Airbus (cambios importantes en la planificación, reducción, etc.) Asegurará un adecuado seguimiento y análisis de las actuaciones a través de Indicadores Clave de Rendimiento y organizará la vigilancia de los proveedores a través de auditorías, evaluaciones, plan y misión de recuperación, CID (Correctivo, Mejora, Desarrollo) y gestión de riesgos industriales con interesados internos y externos. Fiestas Iniciará y organizará las evaluaciones de capacidades y capacidades de aceleración del proveedor con el fin de asegurar la aceleración o cambios importantes en la planificación. Garantizará un seguimiento adecuado de los principales riesgos industriales, los cambios importantes (transferencias industriales, cambios importantes de planificación) y respaldará los cambios de diseño desde un punto de vista industrial para proteger las operaciones de Airbus. Iniciará y seguirá los planes de recuperación con los proveedores en caso de degradación del rendimiento de las entregas para garantizar que las entregas vuelvan a cumplir con los requisitos de Airbus. Asegurar de que los planes de acción preventiva / correctiva de los proveedores se gestionen y los logros estén al nivel esperado en términos de resultados finales. Preparar y apoyar revisiones de gestión periódicas (PRM, reunión de alta dirección industrial, reuniones de cadena de suministro de calidad) con los proveedores para revisar periódicamente el desempeño de la cadena de suministro y entrega y garantizar que las acciones preventivas / correctivas y de mejora se lleven a cabo de forma continua. Gestionar la relación con las partes interesadas internas, como los líderes de MFT, Programas y FAL (comunicación, relación y reuniones cliente / proveedor, acciones de mejora). Location: Chihuahua 2025 Responsibilities: Work on-site at the assigned supplier's location or at an Airbus facility for a minimum of 3 days a week, up to 5 days if business requires, and be located in the supplier's center of gravity. Ensure the maturity and robustness of the supplier's manufacturing and supply chain processes to prevent supply failures. Guarantee the continuous improvement of supply chain performance for delivered products. Ensure supplier capacity and capability to secure the ramp-up period and meet Airbus industrial goals (major planning changes, ramp-down, etc.). Ensure adequate monitoring and analysis of performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and organize supplier surveillance through audits, assessments, recovery plans, and industrial risk management with internal and external stakeholders. Initiate and organize supplier capacity and ramp-up capability assessments to secure ramp-up or major planning changes. Ensure adequate follow-up of major industrial risks, significant changes (industrial transfers, major planning changes), and support design changes from an industrial perspective to protect Airbus operations. Initiate and follow up on recovery plans with suppliers in case of degraded delivery performance to ensure deliveries return to Airbus requirements. Ensure that supplier preventive/corrective action plans are managed and that achievements are at the expected level in terms of final results. Prepare and support regular management reviews (PRM, industrial top management meetings, quality supply chain meetings) with suppliers to periodically review delivery and supply chain performance and ensure that preventive, corrective, and improvement actions are carried out continuously. Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders, such as MFT leaders, Programs, and FAL (communication, customer/supplier relationship, improvement actions). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering or similar. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a procurement operations environment (supplier follow-up and auditing). Green Belt / Black Belt certification, CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) certification. English (Reading - Speaking - Writing: Fluent / Negotiation).
