KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The responsibilities of the Returns Specialist include but not limited to:

WORK EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level required).
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as FOX, JDE, or Oracle.
  • Stakeholder management

SKILLS ESSENTIAL:

  • Strong organization and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Persistent follow up skills
  • Patience, resilience and tenacity to face the challenges of a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong computer literacy skills and skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook

FORMAL QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business.
Responsibilities

The role of the Supply Chain Returns specialist is to take responsibility for end-to-end hearing devices and accessories returns flow & physical returns process. This includes developing & preparing returns inventory management reports; monitoring returns Purchase Orders errors & collaboration with central team and suppliers to resolve returns issues. This role will take ownership of the return rate, credit note recovery & returns inventory accuracy. Taking a lead in scaling up centralised returns capabilities.
