Description

Manage and act as the SME for assigned systems and processes. Support and drive continuous improvement efforts for Global Sourcing. Responsible for working with RBA, collecting supplier information, conducting surveys to evaluate environmental performance, and assessing ESG governance for specific suppliers. Support the Global Sourcing organization as SME for assigned systems and/or processes. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience Proficient English reading, writing, and speaking abilities required. Procurement, supply chain, distribution, and logistics competence Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization Strong data analysis and Decision-making capabilities Continuous improvement mindset Strong experience driving KPIs Project management experience
