Description: 1.To deploy continuouse improvement projects and lead team for supply chain digital application 2.Continuously drive operation execution ,lead IAC supply chain performance review,RCA and improvement actions 3.Identify most impacting suppliers and set up regular performance review/MPP/Logisticds T&C with BL suppliers 4.Lead IAC planning parameter review and master data cleansing 5.Participate in phase in & phase out project,share supply chain knowledge and influence to project decision, lead project handover 6.To drive reliable customer delivery experience and enhance customer delivery capability. 7.Network build up with internal and external partners (supplier, front office, DC, etc) 1. Bachelor degree or above major in Supply Chain,International trading or economics 2. With 5+years Material planning & Inventory control experiences in Manufacturing . 3. Fluent English is mandatory;strong communication skills 4. Familiar with global organization matrix and business model 5. Good at data analysis, perferred Digital skills in Tableau,RPA,BI ect, 6. Strong responsibility, can work effectively under high pressure;
