Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Security Leader to oversee and strengthen our North American supply chain security programs. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with global security standards, managing regulatory relationships, and leading proactive risk mitigation strategies across the U.S., Mexico, Central America, and Canada. Key Responsibilities: Program Oversight: Lead and manage compliance with CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), Mexican Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), and Canadian Partners in Protection (PIP) programs. Audit Leadership: Conduct internal supply chain security audits and serve as the primary point of contact during external audits (third-party logistics centers) or site examinations by customs authorities. Organizational Change Support: As the organization grows or changes, lead efforts to secure new certifications and ensure all new sites or operations meet applicable security standards. Regulatory Documentation: Ensure all documentation is current and compliant with respective customs and security authorities across North America. Incident Management: Respond to and manage live supply chain security incidents, escalating appropriately and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Area and Transportation Route Risk Updates: Ensure AEO, PIP and CTPAT international shipments; routes and area risk reviews are completed annually with updates provided to sites and functions. Executive & Facility Communication: Provide regular updates to Schneider Electric executives and facility management teams regarding security status, risk areas, and proposed resolutions. Supply Chain Education and Training: Develop, update, and deploy supply chain awareness training to logisticians, operations and site leadership personnel to ensure consistency in AEO/CTPAT/PIP programs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with North American security teams, customs operations, and compliance teams to align on findings, corrective actions, and strategic initiatives. Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to support audits, site visits, and incident responses as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, International Trade, Security Management, 5+ years of experience in supply chain security, customs compliance, or port operations. Deep expertise in CTPAT, Mexican AEO, and Canadian PIP programs. Maintain awareness of Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) operational and infrastructure requirements. Proven experience leading internal audits and managing customs authority walkthroughs. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and documentation requirements across North America. Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve live security incidents with urgency and professionalism. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience of briefing executives and cross-functional teams. Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required.
