What you’ll do: Responsibilities: “We are seeking a Senior Logistics Project Manager to lead complex warehouse transitions, including site consolidations, relocations, and system migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless continuity. The role will own end-to-end project governance, cross-functional coordination with IT, facilities, and operations, risk management, and stakeholder communications, delivering on-time, within-budget outcomes while optimizing warehouse operations and change management" Manages the execution and implementation of detailed program or project plans in concert with internal and external stakeholders. Works closely with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers, and third-party vendors during the requirements, solutions design and implementation phases to develop detailed project plans for implementation. Manage the program project from scoping, business case and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project. Works on risk assessment, communication planning, development of performance metrics, and project entry criteria. Creates detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion. Oversees stakeholder expectations and provides issue/risk identification and escalation pathways. Supervises the implementation team of cross-functional project resources. Implements governance to ensure effective exchange of information between project stakeholders, senior management, and staff. Resolves complex project issues that involve representatives from multiple organizations. Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program project level. Reasonable flexibility to work across global time-zone. What you need to bring: Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and five years of related work experience in supply chain or logistics discipline preferred. 5-10 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics-related function Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Knowledge and Skills Superior understanding of Supply Chain Logistics processes and strategy. Experience in driving change and transforming organizations through analysing and improving high level/strategic processes. Deliberate and structured way of thinking resulting in effective cross-functional delivery. Strong communicator (written and verbal) able to work with various audiences, partners and Senior Leaders. Experience in the project management domain to know when and how to leverage tools and techniques to effectively coach teams. Presentation skills Strong change management skills Professional business acumen SAP knowledge is a plus. Reasonable flexibility to work across global time-zone. Advanced English level. Complexity Leads complex transformative logistics programs. Typically involves high degree of transformation. Anticipates strategic needs and impacts on overall business model. Collaborates with team members globally and across functions to deliver logistics-driven solutions Interacts with HPE management and executives, logistics service providers, and third-party solutions vendors. Manages a portfolio of projects or a program and supervises other project managers on very large multi- function projects. Project may be global Manages projects usually requiring advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meet stakeholder deadlines. Successfully operates in complex disciplines in which the company must operate to be successful.
