  • Sourcing Manager, Special Projects, NA Ingredients.
  • Expect minimum 10-12 years of work experience in Procurement and Project management.
  • Qualification in supply chain management is preferred.
Responsibilities

MORE ABOUT THIS ROLE:

  • Education / Certifications: Minimum of bachelor’s degree.
  • Job Specific Requirements: Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in Sourcing/ Supply Chain. Food industry experience preferred. Have experience selecting and managing suppliers, including negotiating price, risk management, and contract management and global sourcing strategy development.
  • Travel requirements: 20%.
  • Work schedule: From Monday to Friday. Hybrid role - 2 times per week.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategy for Ingredient Categories.
  • Analyze spend data and understand the business needs.
  • Provide market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities.
  • Conduct bids and negotiate high value supply agreements with key suppliers
  • Coordinate contract implementation and ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Executes complex sourcing strategies with a range of different interventions using the full set of tools, materials, techniques, and systems available.
  • Expected to give regular strategy updates and presentations to executive level stakeholders.
  • Venture Integration - recently acquired Clif Bar.
  • This role will be dedicated to Clif Bar legacy and organic ingredient categories.
  • Support Clif Bar Ingredient Sourcing migration (processes, contracts, etc.).
  • Apply judgement to determine how to best apply new processes to secure best value.
  • Be a change management advocate with external and internal business partners.
