Brief Overview We are currently looking for a Spare Part Specialist Intern to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly evolving environment, where you will play a key role in optimizing spare parts management, streamlining logistics processes, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in spare parts coordination, inventory management, and supplier communication, allowing you to develop your expertise in logistics and international trade. You will support critical operational processes, analyze data to improve efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Preferably, you have experience or knowledge of spare parts logistics. The ideal start date for this role is ASAP. Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in sourcing and ordering spare parts efficiently. 2. Support technicians and customers by understanding part requirements. 3. Help prepare quotations and provide information on pricing and availability. 4. Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally. 5. Support inventory management, including stock level monitoring and database updates. Who are we looking for? You are an energetic, self-motivated individual who takes ownership, can work independently and think outside of the box. In addition: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, International Trade, or Logistics Management with basic knowledge of international trade and logistics (preferred) Fluent in Chinese and English (both spoken and written). Chinese is mandatory.
