DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or similar education
• Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, and in SAP MM desired
• Willingness to work occasionally on bank holidays and / or weekends upon customer service request
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Business fluent German and English language skills, written and oral

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

Entry Level

• Ensure on-time, cost-effective and high-quality deliver of spare parts and carrying out repairs
• Identify all operational material needs from the German Air Force
• Ensure the complete delivery of materials from order entry to final acceptance, including deviation management
• Supervise and coordinate the smooth running of the procurement process as well as demand management and forecasting
• Perform the pricing of material in accordance with the relevant pricing policy
• Coordinate all topics related to smooth running of material data and logistics data flows
• Contribute and support the Material Manager and the Demand Operations Manager for all aspects of the Material Support Services for the customer (German Air Force)
