Their technology combines software, hardware, and autonomy to power next-generation systems across commercial, industrial, and defence applications. As they continue to scale their Munich operations, they are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support their growing global supply chain.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will manage end-to-end supply chain activities across procurement, logistics, planning, inventory, and order management. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a reliable, efficient, and scalable supply chain.

• Responsibilities and DutiesManage day-to-day supply chain activities across procurement, logistics, inventory, and order management
• Coordinate closely with purchasing, production, logistics, engineering, and sales
• Identify and resolve supply disruptions, shortages, and logistics issues
• Monitor inventory, deliveries, purchase orders, and shipments
• Improve supply chain processes, systems, and workflows
• Support reporting and KPI tracking
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other external partners
• Develop contingency plans for critical components and supply risks

• Qualifications and Skills2+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related role
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
• Strong Excel and digital tool skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and hands-on
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and German
• EU Citizenship required
