Job Description End-to-end supply chain design & optimization Transportation network design (inbound/outbound) Warehouse design and location strategy 3PL/4PL evaluation and logistics outsourcing Freight cost optimization and routing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP / IBP) Demand forecasting and inventory planning Capacity planning and production scheduling Lean manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) principles Inventory segmentation and classification (ABC/XYZ) Safety stock and reorder point calculations Inventory visibility and reduction strategies Supply chain risk identification and mitigation Continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma) Agile transformation in supply chain processes Identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications BE - Mechanical/ IP /Automobile 8 -10 years of Experience in managing supply chain domain in an automobile industry Proficient in SAP, MS office tools, Procon Additional Information Prior experience in project management /Quality /BPS preferred Certification in Supply Chain Management , Digital and Agile would be a value add.
