Full job description

The role covers all aspects of logistics, including close collaboration with key 3PL providers, carrier management, warehouse operations, final‑mile delivery partners, and customs brokerage. Responsibilities also include logistics cost oversight, monitoring service‑level performance (including SLAs), and supporting financial processes such as invoice validation, and cost reconciliation.

The Specialist is required to manage operational escalations and urgent supply chain issues, ensuring timely resolution while contributing to continuous process improvement across the supply chain. They will also be involved in coaching and supporting other team members, helping to build capability and ensure consistent high‑quality operational performance across the team.
