Join us to take your career journey to the next level! # ProudlyCCI Job Identification We are looking for a Supply planning specialist to join our Planning team department in Tashkent. What we expect Collect and store technical, social, and economic planning information needed to work on production plans Prepare input data for the preparation of plant work plans and submit them to the planning executive On instructions from the executive, work out the individual parts of the plan, and perform the calculations and substantiations for them Keep records and monitor the implementation of the individual stages of the plan, accumulate and process indicators for accomplishing the planned tasks, prepare analytical notes and reference materials on the results of control and submit them to the direct supervisor Forecast the level of stocks of raw materials and supplies Calculate orders for purchasing raw materials and supplies Create a PR in the SAP system to order raw materials and notify the purchasing department Perform Material Requirements Planning in Excel (MRP Material Requirements Planning) Prepare reports within the set deadlines Make updates to the reference and regulatory information used in the job Prepare production plan on a monthly basis Create/modify materials in SAP system and MRP program in a timely manner (as soon as possible) upon written request Comply with food safety requirements and notify supervisor of problems related to SMPB (food safety management system) Perform STOs between the Company's warehouses in the SAP system Maintain contact with relevant persons of the Company's branches responsible for planning and production Organize the shipment of raw materials to the Company's branches Qualifications Higher education (economic or technical) Internal work regulations of the Company Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation, fire protection and environmental protection The procedure for developing production plans in the food industry Regulatory legal materials on planning, accounting and analysis of enterprise activities Experience in material requirements planning system (MRP - Material Requirements Planning) Profile and specifics of the enterprise activity Russian and English - Intermediate and above SAP (preferred) and other procurement programs. Confident use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
