To support this exciting new venture, we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at our central facilities in Koropi. The Role As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability, maintaining accurate commercial data, and supporting smooth order and invoicing processes. You will collaborate closely with Operations (Warehouse & Distribution), Finance, Commercial teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient end-to-end supply chain execution. What you’ll do Demand Planning & Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability Plan and place purchase orders with suppliers Coordinate inbound shipments and follow up until delivery to warehouses Support optimal inventory levels aligned with business needs Commercial & Master Data Management Collect, validate, and maintain accurate product, supplier, and customer data Ensure proper setup and updates of commercial terms and pricing Maintain a structured and reliable central product database Safeguard data quality and consistency across systems Order Flow & Invoicing Support Monitor the end-to-end order flow to ensure smooth execution Issue invoices, credit notes, and related documentation Identify and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal stakeholders Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Logistics, or a related field Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Experience in inventory management and order processing Ability to manage data accurately and systematically Strong coordination and communication skills Comfort working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus Additional Information We recognize good work and we want our people to feel appreciated!
